Do you accept insurance?+
IV vitamin therapy is generally considered wellness/elective and not covered by insurance. For wound care and in-home labs, we provide superbills you can submit for potential reimbursement.
Are there cancellation fees?+
Yes — a $50 late cancellation fee applies if an appointment is cancelled after our nurse has departed for your location or within one hour of the confirmed appointment time.
Do you offer memberships or discounts?+
We offer reduced pricing for clients on regular monthly wellness plans. Ask us during booking.
What payment methods do you accept?+
Major credit cards, HSA/FSA cards (where eligible), and cash. Payment is processed at the time of service.
Is the in-home delivery fee separate?+
No — every package price already includes in-home delivery within our standard San Diego service area.
